Bonjour! My name is Linda Fanton, a native Parisian who specializes in greeting your apartment guests, managing your property (cleaning, inventory, etc.) and – most of all – helping make the process effortless for both you and your guests!

How I Can Help Manage
Your Paris Apartment

My experience includes 5 years as apartment coordinator for a leading Parisian apartment rental firm, handling properties for 12 apartments across central Paris.

(I also spent 20 years in international travel, but that's another story!)

I am very happy to offer my expertise to assist in making the process of renting your valued property easy and fun for you and your guests.

Getting Started ...

To briefly familiarize you with the process, below please find a quick overview of what needs to be done to get your property ready to rent.

Step 1
I visit your apartment and create a list of all your property’s specifications and amenities, checking that all appliances are in good order, and there is enough linen and towels. I can also assist in helping to make your apartment nice for guests. I will also handle your guests’ check-in and check-out, create your inventory list, and arrange for cleaning after each visit.

Step 2
You will need to furnish:
- A copy of your apartment insurance
- 3 sets of key
- To create an approved inventory
- To issue some notes for your guests with special recommendations for things to see and do while in Paris
- To check if you need services for your guests such as Internet, TV cable, or phone: I can help you arrange all these services at very competitive prices (and they will help “sell” your apartment to prospective guests, as well!)

Step 3
- I will arrange for a complete first cleaning of the apartment
- I will report any kind of problem or necessity: i.e., plumber, electricity, etc. ….

Step 4
To set up an agreement with my fees ... and my commitment of quality, attentive and knowledgeable service to you.
